Effective 10/6/2022, direct deposit paystubs will be available to you via the following website: https://WVC.INSTAFF.ORG.
You will no longer receive them through the mail after 10/31/2022.
If you do not have direct deposit, paper checks will continue to be mailed to you via the U.S. Postal Service on Wednesdays.
All employees can see and download paystubs at the following website: https://WVC.INSTAFF.ORG.
The first time you log in, you will need the following information:
Your employee ID (number) – you can find this on any check stub toward the top and middle of the check stub. Typically, this is a two-letter code followed by a number. Do not share your employee number with anyone!
Your access token is UO8UN99F
To set up your account, go to the InStaff setup link at https://wvc.instaff.org/new and enter your employee ID and access token shown above.
Enter your personal email address and a password, and then click Finish Account Set Up.
The final step will be to look for the email from InStaff and verify your account.
